Credits

JOANNE CHERNOW is a freelance and consulting graphic artist who specializes in publication design and production in addition to Web projects. She is a graduate of York Academy of Arts in York, Pennsylvania, has a Bachelor of Humanities degree from The Pennsylvania State University, and has pursued continuing education courses in art, languages, and other subjects. As a volunteer for Big Apple Greeter, a non-profit organization that arranges for tourists to spend time with New Yorkers, she shares her interests in New York City history, architecture, and culture with visitors from the U.S. and abroad.

MARY ANN JUNG has written about men's wear, the textile industry and travel as a trade journalist. Since her retirement she's shown many visitors to New York City around her Chinatown and Lower Manhattan neighborhood as a Big Apple Greeter. Recently she led architectural tours of the United States Custom House as part of the Cass Gilbert Celebration downtown.
